Orthotics that are produced through our office are biomechanical devises made from precise neutral position foot molds. Our orthotics are constructed of heat molded thermoplastic and are made to control abnormal alignment and function of the foot and ankle joints. Misalignments within the lower extremities are often the cause of a number of problems, ranging from foot pain to low back pain. Our biomechanical examination will reveal if any abnormalities are present within your feet, and whether they may be the cause of your symptoms. If it is deemed therapeutically necessary, orthotics can be custom designed for you to control these abnormal joint positions which will improve the overall function of your feet.
